The Sweater Essential

The Essential Sweater Pattern is perfect to begin your journey into sweater making. You will learn increases, decreases as well as body shaping. This pattern features our “Slub Yarn” that has a beautiful thick & thin texture that comes to life when knitting. By the end of this project you will have a beautiful super cozy one-of-a-kind sweater in 100% fine Peruvian Handspun Merino wool known for its softness and thermal properties that will keep you warm all winter!

Sizes Available: XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3 XL )

Yarns:

-5 (6, 7, 7, 7, 8, 8 ) skeins of the Slub Yarn (100% Handspun Fine Peruvian Merino Wool)

-1 (1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2 ) skein(s) of Luxury Blend Skinny Yarn (80% Fine Peruvian Merino wool, 20% Baby Alpaca suri)

*Note: The Essential Sweater pattern also works with our “Flame Yarn” or “Speckles Yarn”. The model is wearing an Essential Sweater size S made in Slub Yarn color “Milk”

Needles:

-Circular Needles size 5.5 mm (US 9), 24 “ (60cm) and 32” (80cm) long

-Circular Needles size 12.75 mm (US 17), 60 “ (150 cm) long
